Website Submission Form: Instructions for Authorized Users

Maintaining this website requires significant effort, and your assistance is greatly appreciated.

This form is strictly for internal use. It is authorized for use by Greg, board members and committee chairs he designates, and key volunteers only.

Please do not share this form with the general membership.

If it is distributed beyond authorized users, I will need to take it down and rebuild it — which creates unnecessary work for everyone.

How to Complete the Form

Required fields:

- First name, last name, and email address

- Phone number

- Topic selection [drop-down menu]

- Title [keep it brief]

- Internal message [describe what you're submitting or requesting]

Note on the "Sign Up for News and Updates" field: Ignore this. It is required by the platform due to how the page is structured, but it does not affect your submission.

If a required field does not apply to your submission, simply type "N/A" and continue.

Topic Options — Select the One That Best Applies:

- Event — You have an upcoming event to post

- Stone Creek Republican Club Radio — A submission related to our radio program

- Sponsor / Advertisement — Sponsor recognition or advertising content

- General Website Request — Corrections, updates, or changes to existing content

- Photo Submission — An image you'd like posted

- PDF Submission — A document you'd like uploaded and linked

- Other — Anything that doesn't fit the above categories

Uploading Files

You may attach files directly to the form. I will receive them and handle posting. Files can be embedded or linked on the site and will open in a new tab for visitors.

File types accepted include: MP3 audios, MP4 videos, PDFs, images, and Word documents

How the Website Works Going Forward

Rather than maintaining multiple separate pages, the site now uses a single-page scrolling format. This keeps visitors engaged and makes navigation much easier. Content is embedded or linked directly within the page, which reduces drop-off and simplifies updates.

What You Can Submit

There is no shortage of content we can use. Consider submitting:

- News articles or items of interest

- Candidate updates, links, or recorded conversations

- Content you've found on Facebook or other platforms

- Corrections to spelling or wording on the site (yes, those are welcome and helpful)

- Anything else you think belongs on the site

If you see something worth sharing, submit it. I will review all submissions and have them posted within 48 hours in most cases.

After You Submit

Once you hit Submit, I will be notified automatically. I receive alerts across multiple channels, so rest assured your submission will reach me. No need to follow up unless it has been more than 48 hours.
