Reflecting on Yesterday
Once again, the Stone Creek Republicans demonstrated why our club continues to grow and thrive. Our monthly meeting was another resounding success, with an impressive turnout and strong energy in the room.
Our featured speaker, Commissioner Kathy Bryant of the Marion County Commission, delivered a powerful and highly informative update. She walked us through the many projects, revenues, expenditures, and initiatives currently underway. Her presentation underscored the Commission’s steadfast commitment to fiscal conservatism and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. Every commissioner is a registered Republican and a proud supporter of our club, and it shows in the results they are delivering daily.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to our club photographer and a corporate sponsor, resident Steve Poland of Image Studios. Whether you need professional photography, video, or mobile disc jockey services, Steve is the one to call at 614-834-4201 or online atnew-imagestudios.com.
Gratitude also goes to Marissa Copeland of Salon Chic for providing refreshments and a generous gift certificate during the meeting. Marissa can be reached at 757-692-7250, and Salon Chic is conveniently located right on State Road 200.
A special acknowledgment is due to Commissioner Matt McClain and his father, Florida State Senator Stan McClain, for their generous contribution toward our brand-new Stone Creek Republican tent. We will take delivery before the Fall Festival, and we are deeply grateful for their ongoing support. Commissioner McClain also attended yesterday’s meeting and took time to personally answer questions from our members—a true example of accessibility and leadership.
Finally, a big thank you goes out to all our volunteers. Your dedication—arriving early to set up the ballroom and staying late to take down chairs and clean up—makes these gatherings possible.
Another great meeting is in the books. Together, we are keeping Stone Creek strong, engaged, and united.
